About MiMaji Foundation
Clean water is a right, not a privilege. We work to make that real for every household in East Africa.
While building MiMaji as a water delivery platform in Nairobi, we found that the communities that needed clean water most were paying the highest prices for the worst quality. Residents in Kibera pay up to ten times more per litre than households in Karen.
MiMaji Foundation was established in 2025 to close this gap: water quality testing, community education, and the MajiMap data platform that brings transparency to every household.
